The project is the status update.

Every project gets one room that holds its chat, docs, to-dos, files, dates, and hours. Invite the client in. They see what you show them and nothing else.

The problem

Client work does not fit in an inbox.

Without a room

  • The brief is in email, the feedback is in a group chat, the file is in someone's Drive.
  • You answer "where are we on this?" three times a week, from memory.
  • Clients either see everything or have to ask for everything.
  • Nothing tells you what is actually due next week.

With Solacium

  • One room per project holds all of it, in the order it happened.
  • Anyone you invite can just look. No one has to ask.
  • Clients get their own view. Internal tools stay internal.
  • Every due date, from every project, lands on one schedule.

How it works

Three steps, then it is just where the work lives.

  1. 1

Make a room for the project

Name it, pick the tools that fit the job, and leave the rest out. A one-page website and a year-long retainer should not use the same template.

  2. 2

Bring in the people it concerns

Colleagues take a paid seat. Clients and guests are free, and they only ever see the projects you put them in.

  3. 3

Work the week from one place

Do Today, My Tasks, and the Timeline pull every project's next steps together. You stop opening five rooms to find out what is urgent.

Inside a room

The room takes the shape of the job.

Two chats, three to-do lists, one board

Add the same tool as many times as the job needs, and name each one for what it does. Every copy gets its own client-visible or internal switch, so the client channel and the internal one can sit side by side.

Clients see just their room

Invite a client into the project they belong to. They join on a free seat, land straight in it, and every tool you left internal stays yours.

One schedule for the whole project

Due dates from every to-do list and every card board land on the project's calendar, so a heavy week shows up while there is still time to move it.

Your day, across every project

Do Today is the short list you actually work from, pulled from wherever each task lives. If you bill by the hour, a timer runs right beside it.

The tools

Ten tools. Add the ones the job needs.

Most of them can appear more than once in the same project, under whatever name makes sense to the people using it.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Who is Solacium for?

Freelancers and small teams who run several client projects at once and are tired of holding the state of each one in their head. Internal projects work just as well. A room is a room.

Do my clients have to pay?

No. You pay per teammate seat. Client and guest seats are free, and a client only ever sees the projects you invite them into.

Do I have to use all ten tools?

No. Each project starts with the tools you pick and you can add or remove them later. If a project only needs a chat and a file drop, that is all it has.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts with 14 free days on the full product, nothing held back. After that there is one plan, billed per seat, and you can cancel any time from billing settings.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from billing settings in the app. Subscriptions are per seat, so adding or removing a teammate changes what you pay from the next invoice.

Start with the project that is already making noise.

Make the room, move that project in, invite the client. It takes a few minutes and the noise has somewhere to go.
