For WordPress agencies

Every client’s WordPress site, in one calm place.

Update every site safely, watch uptime, security, and errors, and serve updates and license keys for the plugins you build. It sits next to the projects, client chat, and support inbox you already run in Solacium.

Included in every workspace, Free too. No per-site fees.

Updates that check their own work.

Pair a site once. From then on Solacium keeps an eye on it and only asks for you when something needs a person.

  • Safe updates, many sites at once

Pick a few updates, a whole site, or every site. Solacium backs up each plugin first, checks the pages and the PHP error log afterwards, and rolls back whatever broke something.

  • Automatic updates on your rules

Let patch and minor releases go out on their own, inside the hours you choose and only once a release has been out a few days. Put anything delicate on hold.

  • Uptime, certificates, and domains

Monitors check every site around the clock and log each incident. You hear about an expiring certificate or domain before the client does.

  • Security, graded A to F

Installed plugins, themes, and core are matched against the WPVulnerability database, and an audit grades how well each site is hardened.

  • Errors the moment they happen

Fatal PHP errors arrive as they happen, with the debug log one click away. If an update leaves a site unable to answer, a small recovery plugin can still finish or undo it.

  • One click into wp-admin

Open any site's dashboard already signed in. No password manager, no shared admin account.

  • Visitors, without cookies

A light, cookieless counter shows each site's traffic, so a sudden drop stands out next to its uptime.

  • Alerts where you already look

Your Solacium inbox, email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or a webhook. Quiet hours keep the nights quiet.

Sell your own plugins, without a store.

Plugins is an update and license server for the plugins you build. Clients get your updates on WordPress’s normal Updates screen, and you decide who may download them.

  • Bundle one file and set the plugin's Update URI. A Copy prompt hands an AI agent the whole setup.
  • Upload the release zip. The version, requirements, and changelog are read from the plugin itself.
  • A license key covers all your plugins or some of them, for a number of sites, until a date you choose.
  • Staging and local copies never take a seat.
  • When a license runs out, only the downloads stop. The plugin keeps working on the client's site.
  • WordPress checks every download against its SHA-256 before it installs it.

Connected in a few minutes.

  1. 1

    Turn on Sites

In Settings → Features. Running updates and adding sites are separate permissions, so you decide what employees can do.

  2. 2

    Install the connector

Add the Solacium Connector plugin to the site and generate a connection key under Settings → Solacium.

  3. 3

    Paste the key

The first scan lists every pending update, known vulnerability, and PHP error on that site. Then do the next one.

What agencies ask first.

What does it cost?

Sites and Plugins come with every workspace, the Free plan included. There is no charge per site, per plugin, or per license key. A team pays per seat for its admins and employees, as on the pricing page.

What do I install on the client's site?

The Solacium Connector plugin, on WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer. The site has to be served over HTTPS. Pairing takes a one-time key that expires after an hour.

Do my clients see any of this?

No. Sites is for admins and employees, and their roles decide who may run updates and who may add sites or change settings. Clients only ever see the projects you invite them into.

What do my own plugins need to receive updates?

WordPress 5.8 and PHP 7.4 or newer, plus the one updater file. Updates then show up on WordPress's own Updates screen. When several of your plugins run on one site, they share a single copy of the updater.

What happens when an update breaks a site?

The health check after each update catches a failing page or new fatal errors in the log, and Solacium restores the backup it took first. You can also stop a run as soon as one update fails.

Why is this inside a project tool?

Because the site is only half of the job. The redesign, the client's feedback, the support requests, and the hours you bill already live in Solacium, so the site's health can sit beside them.

Pair one site and see what it finds.

Turn on Sites, install the connector, paste the key. The first scan shows that site’s pending updates, known vulnerabilities, and errors.
